Responsibilities:

1.To clear goods in China Customs，to arrange transportation from deck to factory.

2.To track and coordinate for carriage of goods in all times;

3.To collect and analyze the operation payments occured in China;

4.To apply and track for payments;

5.To assist to collect and analyze the operation payment data;

6.To assist to operation files management;

7.To do others assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. College degree, majored in international trade,logistic or others related, CET-4 or above;

2. More than one year’s experience of  international trade, be familiar with import procedures (shipping agent, customs clearance, or others related);

3. Have abilities of organization, communication and coordination, more than one year’s experience of communication with Customs and suppliers;

4. Be proficient in office soft wares;

5. Have strong conscientiousness, and abilities of communication and negotiation;

6. Be prudent, and have team spirit.

Responsibilities:

1.To explore shipping agents and shipping companies, to get more attractive cooperation conditions;

2.To book shipping space and arrange shipping time schedule according to orders;

3.To track and coordinate for carriage of goods in all times;

4.To draft documents like  contract, invoice, packing list and etc.;

5.To apply and track for relative payments;

6.To draft documents needed for customs clearance in Malaysia；

7.To double check documents provided by shipping agents;

8.To do others assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications：

1.College degree, majored in international trade,English or others related, CET-4 or above;

2.More than one year’s experience of shipping agent, document-drafting, customs clearance,or others related;

3.Be conscientious, sensitive to data, and proficient in office soft wares;

4.Have team spirit and the ability of negotiation;

5.Be familiar with shipping agents or customs is preferential.

Qualifications

1. International trade and marketing and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.

2. More than 3 years of sales and marketing work experience, with excellent market development, project coordination and negotiation skills.

3. Familiar with the development status of the non-metallic mining industry; have excellent marketing skills, strong market planning ability and operation ability; have good oral and written English skills.

4. The work is meticulous, rigorous, and has strategic forward-looking thinking; has strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.

5. Bear hardships and stand hard work, have a high work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, and have a strong ability to withstand pressure.
