Ceramics
Kaolin has a high content of Al2O3 which builds the chemical structure for silicate-type ceramic and improves its burned strength and stability. During burning, Kaolin is transferring into mullite, and this is the process of building adobe structure. This process is to avoid becoming deformed, to broaden the temperature range and to improve the whiteness of the ceramics.
At the meantime, Kaolin itself has characteristics of plasticity, agglutinating value, suspension, combination and etc. Those characteristics help adobe of porcelain to improve its ability of forming, and facilitate the processes of cutting adobe, slurry injection, forming and etc.
